Email support@faezr.com for setup, billing, or privacy help. Include your store domain, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots help; hide personal information first. Never send passwords or access tokens.

Set up your banner

1. Open BannerTow from Apps in Shopify admin.
2. Select Configure banner to open your theme editor.
3. In App embeds, enable BannerTow. Set your message, colors, character, and destination link.
4. Save, then preview your storefront on desktop and mobile.

My banner isn’t showing

Confirm that BannerTow is enabled and saved on the theme you are viewing. Allow time for its configured start delay. Check mobile visibility, page targeting, and any end date. A password-protected store must be unlocked in your viewing session.

Free and Pro features

Free ($0) includes a classic character, custom message and link, colors, and basic display controls. Pro ($4.99/month) adds premium characters, custom typography, advanced motion and placement, page-group targeting, and an optional end date.

Open BannerTow’s Plans page to check your entitlement and manage your plan through Shopify. Saved Pro settings require an active Pro entitlement to appear on the storefront; otherwise, the banner uses Free-compatible defaults.

Stop the banner or remove the app

To hide the banner, turn off the BannerTow app embed and save your theme. Hiding it does not cancel your subscription. Manage your subscription through Shopify’s plan screen, or uninstall BannerTow in Shopify admin’s app settings. Consult the confirmation screen for billing details.

Privacy requests

Read our privacy policy or email support@faezr.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information. We may need to verify that you are authorized to act for the store.
